Welcome To Northern Rivers Stormography

Thankyou for visitng the Northern Rivers Stormography Website.
This site has been created as an exhibit for all the photos which we have all taken since the formation of Northern Rivers Stormography in June, 2004.
From this site you can do the following:
  • Browse through all the photographs taken by us. This can either be through the 'All Photos' section of the photography pages, by browsing each of the albums contained in the Photography page eg 'Lightning', or by going to a specific photographer from the About Us page and viewing their portfolio.

  • Read our storm chasing diaries. These diaries contain a log of our movements while chasing storms including pictures, times and dates. These can be accessed from the Storm Chasing page.

  • Socialise with other members of the weather community and also the photographers from NRS by accessing the Chase Forum page. From here you can post messages to our forum. Make sure you check this forum for news updates

  • Take a look at the equipment we use to keep NRS going such as the cameras we use to take the photos, radio equipment to chat to each other, and equipment we use to monitor the weather. This can be accessed from the Equipment page.

  • Learn more about us, and get in contact with us to ask questions by visiting the About Us page.

  • Learn more about storm chasing or just weather in general by accessing our online Glossary or Chase Forum.

If at any time you wish to send us comments or ask any of us questions, don't hesitate to post a message in our forum or email us. You can find all our email addresses in the About Us section of this website.

We hope you enjoy your stay,
                                                              NRS Crew (Northern Rivers Stormography)
